In 1998, Karen McIsaac founded Project Managers, Inc. to address a significant negative cost that businesses continue to face today - poor project execution.

As the Founder and Managing Director of the firm, Karen is accountable for helping clients be successful in the management of major business transformations – combining the skills and principles of program/project management and change management.
